Abhijit Banerjee

Abhijit Banerjee is a passionate artist with a versatile style, drawing inspiration from both Indian and Western painting traditions. His vibrant paintings depict religious figures, women, and the beauty of nature, characterized by intriguing compositions and unique techniques. Banerjee’s father, Mukti Banerjee, was a renowned artist in the Indian style, from whom he drew inspiration. His paintings are recognized worldwide and can be found in collections at Raj Bhavan Kolkata and the American Embassy. His artworks portray life’s worst events with majesty and use rich colors, shades, and textures. Banerjee also runs the Bichitra Art School imparting his knowledge and passion to his students. He signs his paintings as AVIJEET BANERRJI.
