Ajay’s love for wildlife and nature has been a constant source of artistic inspiration. As a child, he would draw animals and nature, and as he grew up, he honed his skills in art at Mayo College, Ajmer. Here he learned to make his own pigments from vegetables and rock pieces, and even experimented with a new medium, cellulosic paints on compressed boards. Ajay’s art style ranges from contemporary to realistic, and he has used his talent to support the cause of wildlife preservation through various organizations. His paintings have been displayed in galleries around the world, including a group show at the International Cranes Foundation in Wisconsin, US, and the International Migratory Bird Day-2005 in Rochester, New York. Ajay’s studio time is now spent working on major art works, contests, and animation projects.
The artist currently lives and works in Rajasthan, India.
