Anant Joshi (b. 1969)

Anant Joshi is a renowned artist who completed his B.F.A. and M.F.A. in Painting from Sir J.J. School of Art in 1996. Since then, he has made a name for himself in the art world by participating in numerous domestic and international shows. In 2002-2003, Joshi was selected to work and study at Rijksakademie in Amsterdam, which further honed his artistic skills. The artist has won several accolades for his exceptional work, including the prestigious Prix De Rome Award in Amsterdam. Joshi’s work often portrays complex and thought-provoking themes that challenge the viewer’s perceptions. His artwork can be found in many prestigious collections across the world.

The artist currently lives and works in Mumbai. India.
