Composing the Wild
Composing the Wild is a Dubai-based wildlife photography duo led by husband and wife, Prashant and Preeti Chacko. Their journey into photography began in 2010 while living in South Africa, where they discovered their shared passion for capturing wild animals in their natural habitats. Their work spans parks across Africa and India, focusing exclusively on photographing wildlife in the wild, without disturbing the animals.
Specializing in black-and-white photography, they aim to portray the grace, strength, and sensitivity of animals. Through their art, they challenge misconceptions about wildlife and seek to inspire people to protect these beautiful creatures. With different styles—Preeti drawn to tenderness and Prashant to dramatic lighting—they create images that evoke emotion and artistry.
The artists currently live and works in Dubai, UAE.
