Lorenzo Quinn is a renowned Italian sculptor inspired by the likes of Michelangelo, Bernini, and Rodin. He is best known for his expressive recreations of human hands, which he considers the most technically challenging part of the human body. Quinn’s monumental public art and smaller pieces convey his passion for eternal values and authentic emotions. He is driven to sculpt by observing everyday life, and his creative ideas spark quickly into life. Quinn conceives each work in writing, with the text ultimately displayed as an integral part of the piece. Quinn’s work appears in many private collections worldwide and has been exhibited internationally for the past two decades. He has also received several notable commissions, including one from the Vatican and another from the United Nations.
