Pragya Jain, a Delhi College of Art graduate, has been evolving as an artist since 2001. Her works have earned praise, including an award from the President of India. Notably, her first solo exhibition in Bangalore in 2009 led to numerous opportunities. Pragya’s art can be found in esteemed collections like the Jindals and the Prestige group. Known for her clean contours and vibrant colors, she draws inspiration from Kandinsky’s abstract works. Pragya’s art reflects a quest for exploration, merging colors, design, and evocative imagery to convey grace, spirituality, and happiness. Beyond art, she volunteers at charitable organizations, teaching struggling individuals and showcasing their works. As Vice President of the Women’s Caucus for Art, Pragya supports fellow artists. She aspires to be a visionary and optimistic artist.
The artist currently lives and works in New Delhi, India.
