Pratiksha Bothe (b. 1987)
Pratiksha Bothe, is an artist born in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India. She holds a G.D. in Art from Abhinav Kala Mahavidyalaya and a postgraduate degree in Indology from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth. Her journey began as a graphic designer, which later evolved into a deeper exploration of painting. Inspired by Indian culture and history, Pratiksha’s work reflects religious stories, decorative motifs, and ancient symbols. Drawing from the influence of Indology, her paintings often portray the “Sursundari” and elements of the Harappan civilization. She has exhibited in numerous solo and group shows across India, including at Hyatt Regency and Cymroza Art Gallery.
The artist currently lives and works in Pune, India.
