Raja Segar is a self-taught Sri Lankan artist and sculptor who left accounting to pursue his passion for art. Celebrated for his use of refractive light effects, his abstract and figurative works span watercolor, oil, and mixed media, while his sculptures are crafted in steel. Segar has held 55 solo exhibitions across the globe, with works featured in Reader’s Digest and major documentaries. His art is housed in prestigious galleries ~ the National Gallery of Victoria, Shilpakala National Gallery, the National Gallery of Sri Lanka, and Princeton University.
